Terms and Conditions: The top five (5) independent Annual Award Winners (with a minimum of $50,000 in new contracted MRR during the Incentive Period), top four (4) independent Quarterly Award Winners (highest MRR sales volume nationwide for each fiscal quarter during the Incentive Period), and one (1) independent Strategic Partner Award (highest count of Polycom handsets sold or rented during 2015) will be selected as winners, subject to such winners meeting the requirements set forth in the terms and conditions. All Fusion products and services will count towards determining new contracted MRR. For customer's MRR to count, that customer must still be in service as of December 31, 2015. All qualifying revenue must be sold at list price and have a minimum term of 24 months. Sales to wholesale partners and deals sold with special pricing (ICB) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for eligibility and qualification valuation. Fusion reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke this award program at any time and for any reason.
